River District Scavenger Hunt – 2016 (Part #4)

We’re continuing our weekend look at Thursday’s night River District Scavenger Hunt. We’ve got the links to the first three articles in this PhotoCentral series below the cutline. When we left off in Part #3, we were heading out the door of Vintages by the Dan and moving up Danville’s Main Street. Let’s keep our Scavenger Hunt going!

Here’s the links to the other articles in this series: Part #1Part #2Part #3

Let’s go!

Rod Tomlinson fills a growler of beer for customers at Vintages by the Dan.

Our nest stop is at the new office of Middle Border Forward. They’re located in the newly renovated “Pace on Main” building. Susan Granger learns about the initiative sponsored by the Danville Regional Foundation.

Our next stop? Love Wig.

Love Wig has plenty of wigs for you to um… love.

I’m thinking that this is the next hairstyle for me.

We move up the street to the new offices for the River District Association, and who is manning the stamp pad? It’s Robert Brooks!

Danville’s Director of Community Development Earl Reynolds talks with Averett University’s Dan Hayes.

Susan Granger gets her next stamp for her game sheet at Simeon’s Barber Shop.

We’re going all the way down North Union St. to get our next stamp at Mrs. Carolyn’s Cafe. I’ve never been in there, so I want to see what they have.

And we’ll go inside Mrs. Carolyn’s Cafe when we get to Part #5 in this series. That’s coming up soon… only here on SouthsideCentral!
