The 2015 River District Festival is underway! Thursday’s events were concentrated around Main St. and Union St. and SouthsideCentral was there. We’ve got a series of PhotoCentral articles about Thursday night’s activities. We’ll start with the happenings on Main St. where businesses were open late and art was all over the area.
