Well, it was damned close to that. Let’s go over some random thoughts about tonight’s event. Danville voters have to make a choice for Commonwealth’s Attorney on Tuesday. With three qualified candidates running and no incumbent, it’s going to be a tough choice. SouthsideCentral is ready to make our endorsement in this race. One of our good friends (and Woodson Hughes supporter) thought that people would like to see the employee policies of the Halifax County Library system. We agreed with him, so here you go! Halifax County has four unopposed races for the Board of Supervisors and three contested races for the School Board. SouthsideCentral has listened to all of the candidates and we are ready to make our endorsements. South Boston’s got the fun, safe and charitable place to bring your family on Halloween!
