It’s almost General Assembly time, so that means we’ve already got bills prefiled. This one’s a doozy!
HB53: Human tracking devices; unlawful use is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
You will no longer have to fear that visit to the dentist! Well, yeah, it still might be painful, but he won’t be able to put that tracking device in your filling anymore. You know, like he did to Uncle Eddie! 😯
There are some other bizarre ones, and we’ll be featuring them this week. Not sure if we can top this one, but we’ll try.
It’s ok, everything you buy has an “RFID” tag on it, and your “MVP” card tracks your every purchase. So.. implanted trackers are a moot point.
Isn’t the cell phone the most obvious of trackers? That and your check card.
As long as our legislators continue to spend all of their time on ridiculous legislation like this we may be safe.
As for this law stopping the coming of the Beast… it would help if the folks referencing scripture actually picked up the book now and then before they quoted from it.
