Re: Checkered Pig, the last time I talked with them, they planned on opening in the middle of next week. SC has been invited to their “test run” and we’ll have some photos and more from that night. I’m looking forward to it because it’s walking distance from work!
Well your temptation got the best of me. Had takeout at Short Sugars. Went in and got it. It was good. Saw some other folks there from my neighborhood that had enjoyed a sit down meal. Even though we have a new B-B-Q restaurant just up the road from us. It is worth the drive down Riverside to eat. Oh Yeah. Friendly face and good….
I saw this picture at 5 AM and wanted barbecue and slaw right then and there!
