Parking Jerk of the Day! (4/1/16)

I didn’t need your submissions for Parking Jerk of the Day this time. I’ve busted this Parking Jerk all by myself.

We’re at Danville’s South Market Street. It’s a one-way street, so we’ve got parallel parking on both sides.

Let’s take a look at what I found.

Well then. Let’s just take up two parking spaces because we don’t want to move forward nor move backward to easily fit into just one of the two available spaces. The Parking Jerk did care enough to pull in so that their vehicle was out of the street’s traffic flow. The judges might give them some credit for that, so let’s get their ruling…
