Danville Veterans Day Parade – Part #2

Let’s keep the PhotoCentral series on Danville’s Veterans Day Parade going with Part #2. We just published Part #1 less than an hour ago, and we’re going to have a lot more coming. We’ll continue where we left off.

The parade’s not stopping, and neither are the photos! Let’s keep it rolling…

Here’s the commander of American Legion Post 29 and his escorts.

And the president of the Post 29 auxiliary.

American Legion Post 29 has a wheelchair van for the people who need it.

The older vets love to be in the parade!

Our first high school ROTC group is from Chatham.

The Chatham High School ROTC’s color guard is in perfect step.

The rest of the group is in perfect step as well.

I don’t know who owns this vehicle, but it’s a big one.

Everybody likes riding in a parade.

That’s two PhotoCentral articles down and a lot more on the way. I’d better get back to the graphics computer and keep working.

SouthsideCentral is proud to be the media source with the most coverage of the 2015 Danville Veterans Day Parade.
