Sometimes on Facebook, you have friends that tell it like it is. Today’s quote is quite brutally honest.
David Evans is a good friend from my high school days. You’ll either love him or hate him for these words of wisdom.
Ok people, here it is down and dirty. No one really cares about your divorce, or your boyfriend/girlfriend, or your babies daddy problems. Sure you will have close friends that are there to comfort you. But do you really think that you are alone. Everyone has problems and (except my mom and dad) has gone through what you are going through. So you’re not special. Suck it up, move on. You will surely not resolve anything by posting it on FB. But therein lies the problem in today’s society. Post something positive and you’ll get three or four responses, but post something controversial, and you’ll get a hundred hits. So take your suicidal, philosophical, unhappy, whoa is me attitude somewhere else. No one here wants to hear it. Or let me rephrase that. I don’t want to hear it. I’m simply trying to make my way through this thing called life. You could take a hint. Get one. Soap box back under bed.
