    Why in the world would the gender of the candidates even cross your mind? What does that have to do with their qualifications? That is probably the least intelligent statement I have ever read on this blog.

      Gender doesn’t speak to qualifications. However, a large portion of the population is not being represented in council. Women need a voice in local politics.

    I guess after RUBY ARCHIE there are not to many who can fill her shoes. After Vogler’s win yesterday, which was much deserved, I think more will come out. Great to see Danville was pretty clear they wanted a new face with substance. One thing I can say there are a whole lot of people complaining but very few taking action
