Forty hours of community service and a $1,000 fine for hauling his neighbor’s dogs 50 miles and dropping them off at an animal shelter. Seriously.

Sleazeball is the word that comes to mind when I think about somebody who’d steal pets from another family and take them to a distant animal shelter. It’s a shame that the judge suspended 80% of the fine.

I DETEST any sort of anti-animal mischief. I think he got off with a VERY MILD punishment!
So the dogs were left outside their home, alone, to roam the neighborhood? And, they were suspected cat killers? I think the doctor went above and beyond, I would have shot them.
