Halifax police investigate rock-throwing vandalism

I’m betting that these vandals will be caught soon.

From our friends at the Halifax Police Department…

On January 24th, Officers S. M. Comer and W. G. Yancey with the Halifax Police Department investigated 4 instances of vandalism on Brook Run Road in the Treybrook community. Residences at 1040, 1083, 1105 and 1131 all sustained damage during an apparent incident of rock throwing between 5 and 5:30 am.

The owner of 1040 Brook Run reported a broken front door glass. Repair value is $400.
The owner of 1083 Brook Run reported a broken front storm door glass, a broken window in the front wooden door, and damage to a wooden table, lamp and home accent bowl. Total damage to 1083 Brook Run is approximately $300.
The owner of 1105 Brook Run reported a broken front window pane and damage to blinds in the amount of $400.
Damage reported at 1131 Brook Run included a torn window screen and broken double-paned glass window. Damage at this residence is estimated at $250.
