Let’s get the disclaimers out of the way first. I’m not screaming at the Halifax County Sheriff’s Department or the people involved in the search process for not doing their jobs. I’m just truly puzzled about what’s happened and what hasn’t happened based on what little we know. That being said… here come the questions I’m asking (and I bet you are too).<\/p>\n
What in the hell is going on here? Is the guy still listed as “missing”? Is anybody still looking for him? Has any evidence or clues been found during the search process? What’s the family’s take on this? Why aren’t they saying on this? Is there a reward out there for information? If not, why? The newspaper story says the family waited 12 days to report him missing but a commenter (allegedly in the family) says they didn’t?<\/p>\n
Let’s be real. People don’t disappear like this and have the search called off for no reason at all. This guy has completely dropped off the map and I’m betting most people had already forgotten about this case and that’s a damned shame.<\/p>\n
