Back in the days, SouthsideCentral was known to be a place where you could go and see what was happening in the region. We had news. We had viewpoints. We had content. Once I took a job at a TV station, it became difficult to devote the time needed to keeping SC up and running with fresh stuff. Today, I looked at what I wrote when I started SC…<\/p>\n
We’re more than just HalifaxCentral now… much more.<\/p>\n
We believe that Southside VA needs another voice that’s fresh and new.
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website where people can come to and see what’s happening…a place with news infused with opinions and humor.
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website that features local, regional, state, national and international items.
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website that has various opinions on lots of topics and isn’t afraid to publish them.
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website with fun stuff to go right along with all of the serious stuff.
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website where anything could appear at any time (that makes it fun!).
\nWe believe that Southside VA needs a website with the capabilities to deliver information LIVE!<\/p>\nWe believe that Southside VA needs SouthsideCentral.com and the SouthsideCentral blog.<\/p>\n
Welcome, Southside VA. We hope you like what you see and read here. We hope you participate with comments and story ideas.
