A few minutes before 3 p.m. today, Rockingham County Middle School Resource Officer, Deputy Shane Bullins was notified of a situation in the parking lot of the school. He was told a man was inside a truck, drinking beer, and throwing the bottles out on the school ground. Bullins went to the parking lot area and found Russell Lee Wiley, 39, of 2210 Valleydale Road in Kernersville waiting in line to pick up a student. He was in a 1991 GMC pickup truck and drinking beer. He had thrown three beer bottles out the window. He also had inside the cab of the truck, a .38 caliber revolver. <\/p>\n
Bullins arrested Wiley, charging him with the following charges.

\n\u2022\tDriving While Intoxicated
\n\u2022\tCarrying a Concealed Weapon
\n\u2022\tLittering
\n\u2022\tPossession of a Firearm on Educational Property\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
