Former FOX8 Meteorologist Frank Deal Dead at 84<\/a> <\/p>\nI remember watching Frank Deal at 6 PM and when I was able to stay up past 11 PM. I groaned at his horrible puns and his bad jokes, but I still laughed heartily. Frank truly knew how to mix weather & entertainment together (as the video shows). Frank may not have been a weather school graduate, but he knew enough to get his AMS seal of approval, and he wore that seal as a badge of honor. Anchorman Fred Blackman tried his best to keep a straight face when dealing with Frank’s humor but he failed often and a ever-so-slight smile came over his face.<\/p>\n
