On Friday, January 1, 2010, James Ray Tuttle, III, of 501 Matrimony Road, Eden, N.C., reported that his 13-year-old son was walking in the parking lot of Hardees on Kings Highway when a vehicle swerved at him. The lady driving the vehicle rolled down her window and said, \u201cNext time, I will hit you, you little bastard.\u201d There is a suspect in the case. The investigation continues.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
