A violation of the lease can result in termination of the lease. When your restaurant&#8217;s clientele leaves beer bottles and condoms around and is the type to have gun charges filed against them, your business is a nuisance and a landlord will do whatever it can to terminate the lease and get rid of you.<\/p>\n<p>Seek all the legal counsel you want, Marcus Revely.
