\nOn Friday, November 13, 2009, Delores Servin of 1234 Fieldcrest Road, Eden, N.C., was arrested on a warrant service for Assault. Servin did unlawfully, willfully and feloniously assault and strike Stephanie Prunty, a school employee of Draper Elementary School by poking her on the shoulder three times with her fingers. At the time of the offense, the victim was discharging the duty of supervising children at an off-campus school function. She was released on a written promise. She is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on December 10, 2009.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Anchorman Mark Childrey politely explained to her that the station covered all news and that she was indeed considered news because she was charged with assaulting a school employee.
