\nFelonious restraint<\/p>\nReported: November 16th at 10:38 p.m.
\nLocation of incident: beginning on Thorton Street in Eden
\nVictim: Cindi Sue Sutherland, 32, of 800 Thorton Street
\nReporting officer: Deputy Mike Smith<\/p>\nDeputy Smith responded to Angel\u2019s Bail bonding in Wentworth due to a disturbance. Upon arrival, he determined Cindi Sutherland was now at the magistrate\u2019s office. <\/p>\n
Melissa Seiler of Angel\u2019s Bail bonding explained that David Lee Taylor and his mother Gladys Pullium had come to her bonding business. Pullium came inside to speak with Seiler about surrendering Sutherland on a previously signed bond. When Seiler went outside, she found Sutherland being held against her will in the car by Taylor. She explained to Taylor that he could not bring Sutherland to her office against her will and restrained. During this time, Sutherland escaped out the car and to the magistrate\u2019s office as Taylor and Pullium fled the scene. A detective was called to the scene and was told of previous assaults by Taylor to Sutherland. <\/p>\n
Following his investigation, Detective Billy Southard obtained warrants. Earlier this morning, Deputy Bill Wade located David Lee Taylor at his residence and placed him under arrest on charges of Felonious Restraint and Domestic Assault on a Female. His bond is $10,000.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
