William “Avon” Keen has to do something to stay in the news. He’s been milking the spotlight from this kid who made a stupid decision to run at a cop. Remember, the kid was 17 years old and had a BAC of .22, but Keen’s never addressed that issue (of course). This is one of Keen’s attempts to get attention, and he even tried to throw an idiotic Taser question into the first Danville’s Sheriff’s forum. <\/p>\n
I’m wondering why this meeting wouldn’t be open to the public, because it’s about a public policy and it’s with public officials. Go figure.<\/p>\n
