Well, the detective&#8217;s lawyers have responded to the city&#8217;s motion to dismiss the civil suit.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.newsadvance.com\/lna\/news\/local\/article\/detective_files_new_arguments_in_suit_against_city\/20705\/\" target=\"_blank\">Detective files new arguments in suit against city<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This one ain&#8217;t gonna get dismissed and I&#8217;m betting that the parties will come to an out-of-court settlement.
