A subject has been arrested in the shooting incident related to the homicide that occurred last night. <\/p>\n
Quayshuan Malik Woods age 18 has been charged with Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony in relation to the shooting that took place in the 500 block of Madison Street. The incident occurred on 10-23-09 and is detailed below: <\/p>\n
At 11:46 pm 10-23-09 Danville Police Officers responded to an assault call at 515 Madison Street. Upon the officers arrival they found a 14-year-old victim lying on the street suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. During the course of the investigation Danville Police discovered 2 other shooting victims from the same incident. One of the victims was located at the Stonewall Recreation Center on Bradley Road and the other victim showed up at the Danville Regional Medical Center where he is currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The victim from the Stonewall Recreation Center is also being treated at The Danville Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The 14-year-old shooting victim found on Madison Street died from his wounds shortly after arriving at the Danville Regional Medical Center.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
