Jimmy Gillie has been Danville’s Commissioner of Revenue for a very long time. Under his administration, the Commissioner of Revenue’s office has never had any problems and has always been helpful to anybody who has any type of questions. From helping fill out state tax returns to getting the headache of the meals tax straight, we have never heard of an major issue with Gillie’s office. Gillie is well deserving of a courtesy vote on November 3rd.<\/p>\n
