He was scheduled to have a trial date set on an April 27th hearing, but that hearing was carried over on a request from his defense attorney. Pre-trial motions were heard on August 24th, and a new hearing to set a trial date will be held on December 18th.<\/p>\n
It’s been one year since the date of the alleged offenses and over seven months since the charges were filed. The wheels of justice are turning slowly, eh?<\/p>\n
