Last Friday, the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office got a call to the 300 block of West Main St. in Yanceyville and found a unidentified deceased female. The medical examiner advised the investigators to send the body to Alamance Regional Medical Center. After that, the body was sent to the UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital for an autopsy and identification.
