The Halifax County Sheriff’s Department reports that sometime Friday night, somebody broke into the Pagoda Restaurant (located in the paddock area). D.H. McDowell, assistant security director, reported that beer was stolen, and entry had been gained through a rear door that was an entrance to the kitchen. Jeff Burton is the investigating deputy. <\/p>\n
