\nDennis Wayne Fulk, 47, of 150 Wood Ford Lane in Stokesdale entered the Clerk of Court\u2019s Office to pay money on his case from court. The clerk assisting Fulk had placed his case file on the counter. While conducting his business at the counter, Fulk asked the clerk to make a copy of a document related to his case. <\/p>\n
When the clerk turned to the copier to make the requested copy, Fulk reached over the counter and did steal evidence, handwritten letter in case file\u2026relevant to a criminal offense, a handwritten letter by the victim in a case\u2026that was ordered into case file by Judge.<\/p>\n
When the clerk turned back and asked about the document, Fulk denied taking it.<\/p>\n
Detective Kevin Suthard investigated the crime and obtained a warrant for the arrest of Fulk. He has been served the warrant and has been given a $25,000 bond. <\/p>\n
The crime was recorded by video camera.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
