The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office reports that lots of mailboxes were struck with some type of blunt object (like a baseball bat) on Wednesday night. Areas impacted were Buckshoal Rd, Hitesburg Church Rd., Hudson Rd. & Aaron’s Creek Rd. Jeff Burton is the investigating deputy.<\/p>\n
