Off-duty South Boston police officer Clinton Mann spotted a 2003 Dodge Intrepid on Dudley Rd. and called it in to the HCSO. The car had been reported stolen out of Prince George County in Maryland. Seth Bowen recovered the car, which had damage to the locks & ignition. The radio was also missing from the car. It’s being stored until Maryland authorities can come get it.<\/p>\n
