On August 17, 2009 at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers from the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a business alarm located at 439 U.S. Hwy 158 W ( Caswell Family Medical Center). Upon arrival officers located a broken window in the rear of the business, other officers responding to assist observed a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle on U.S. Hwy 150W. After further investigation all three occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged in connection with the breaking and entering at the Caswell Family Medical Center. All three occupants were charged with Felony Breaking and Entering and Larceny. They were all placed in the Caswell County Detention Center.<\/p>\n
Allison Lynn Poteat, 34, from Reidsville, N.C. is under a $10,000.00 secured bond. Tobias Everett Thompson, 26, from Reidsville, N.C. is under a $20,000.00 secured bond.
\nJeffery Scott Sams, 31, is under a $20,000.00 secured bond.<\/p>\n
All three have a court date set for August 19th, 2009.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
