A Danville woman reported that Sunday morning at around 3:00AM, Cesar Betancourt (26) kicked through her front door and took her out of her residence located at 502 Holland Rd. The woman was taken to a house on Heather St. where she was assaulted by Betancourt and held against her will. Police responded to Holland Rd. and then arrived at Heather St. where they rescued the victim and arrested Betancourt.
