Two reports of Halifax County larcenies to report…<\/p>\n

Earl Martin, (2130 Leda Grove Rd. in Nathalie), reported that someone entered a shed behind his house by breaking out a window. Items stolen include 2 chainsaws, 2 string trimmers, an air compressor, a leaf blower and an electric drill. The incident happened between sometime between Saturday, July 18, and Tuesday, July 21. Jeff Burton is the deputy handling this case.<\/p>\n
Robert Bateman, the owner of “River Traders” near the entrance of Staunton River State Park, reported that two 6HP boat motors were stolen off of boats parked on his lot. Patrick Clayton is the deputy for this case.<\/p>\n
