The Fas Mart on Goodyear Blvd. reported an armed robbery at around 9:30 PM on Wednesday. The clerk reported that a dark-skinned black male came in the store, pulled a silver handgun and demanded money. After that, he demanded two packs of Newport cigarettes. (Can’t make that stuff up, folks). The robber took off on foot towards Jenny Lane. The robber was wearing a black denim type hooded sweatshirt with a grey fleece scarf covering the bottom portion of his face and also wearing dark colored jeans.<\/p>\n
