On 06-27-09 at approximately 10:54AM, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Piney Forest Road for shots fired. A 51-year-old male reported to Officers that a male approached him pointed a handgun at him and demanding that he \u201cgive it up\u201d! The suspect took the victim\u2019s wallet containing an undetermined amount of money and a cell phone; the suspect then fled in an unknown type silver van heading south on Piney Forest Road<\/p>\n
The victim was not injured during the incident but the driver\u2019s side window of his vehicle was shot out; the victim was not in the vehicle at the time.<\/p>\n
The suspect is described as a black male with braids, approximately 5\u20194\u201d 200lbs, wearing a yellow and black shirt, brandishing a black handgun with an extended magazine. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
