He is ineligible for reappointment having served two full 4-year terms<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tSouthside Planning District Commission \u2013 Mr. Eric Roberts serves as the Citizen At Large Representative.  His attendance rating is 90%. <\/p>\n<p>5.    CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So what are we looking at? The first reading of the 09-10 budget, and some appointments. Remember, Felton&#8217;s replacement is for the South Boston IDA and not the county board. Felton has been absent from the last two South Boston IDA meetings, so any replacement couldn&#8217;t really do worse.
