Um. Wow. Parked on the shopping cart storage area beside the garden center area. The car is running with the key in the ignition. No driver anywhere in sight.<\/p>\n
Even though we are obliged to point that this person is not parked in the fire lane, this one is so blatant that it doesn’t even need to go to the judges.<\/p>\n
