Well, this doesn’t meet our normal Parking Jerk criteria, but we like to have special cases. Let’s analyze this.<\/p>\n
We’ve got a Blair Construction truck clearly parked in a “No Parking – Loading Zone” area. We could let that slide because the loading zone is for the quite dead Danville Hybrid Vehicles Job Bust location, but nah… let’s ring him up on that anyway. But the big Parking Jerk offense is completely blocking the sidewalk. making pedestrians have to go into the street.<\/p>\n
That’s enough for our judges to be unanimous. We’ve got ourselves a Parking Jerk of the Day!<\/p>\n
