This one comes from the Food Lion in Danville’s Ballou Park Shopping Center. Let’s take a look.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter if someone is in the car, nor even if the car is still running. You’re stopped in a fire lane.<\/p>\n
I would just love to see a fire engine on an emergency call come up and just plow cars like these into the next county. To hell with the judges on this one. I’m declaring this a Parking Jerk of the Day myself.<\/p>\n
