I’ll give you the synopsis of this LeonardWatch article here in the opening… “Leonard Harville has greatly exaggerated a relatively minor incident and made things up that didn’t happen. Yet again, his ‘reporting’ is full of crap.”<\/p>\n

Our good friend Leonard Harville is at work<\/del> whatever the hell he does, hears an emergency call on his scanner and proceeds to write<\/del> crap out this story to his Facebook friends<\/del> people who don’t know any better and who actually believe what he says.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, I’ve already spoiled the next part of the LeonardWatch. That’s where we go to the judges and find out if Leonard’s reporting is accurate. Oh well, let’s do it anyway. Judges?<\/p>\n

Somehow, I guessed we’d get that ruling. Let’s get to the truth of what happened.<\/p>\n

A 9-year old girl had only the tip of her finger cut off today at Johnson Elementary. The school’s emergency plan was immediately put into motion and the student was quickly transported to the hospital. Her fingertip was surgically reattached quickly . She’s going to be perfectly fine.<\/p>\n

The principal of the school (Tonya Jackson) immediately got in contact with the parents and let them know what was going on. Jackson also activated the call-out feature to let all parents know about the incident. The school’s emergency plan worked perfectly.<\/p>\n

There was no finger severed and laying on the floor. It was just a fingertip and it’s on the way to healing perfectly. There’s no entire finger involved in this story at all.<\/p>\n

However, if you’d like to join me in displaying your own middle finger to Leonard for massively overhyping this story, that’s perfectly acceptable. Heh.<\/p>\n
