\nAll: Please note this specific addition & interpretation to the Personnel Policy Manual. As noted in Section 6.8, Categories of Inappropriate Conduct\/Attitude, I have deemed the use of recording devices without consent to: interfere with the orderly performance of proving public services, poses a threat to effective performance of other employees and impairs the employees performance.<\/p>\n

Therefore, please take note of this policy interpretation and if any employees in your department need counseling now or in the future with regard to this matter please share this with them.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
