Let’s have some Al Sharpton-branded race pimping in Lynchburg, shall we? [...] This policy makes sense, but it’s not something that you expect to hear from a fire department. Remember when Lynchburg City Manager Kim Payne talked tough against an outspoken police detective? Well, the detective’s lawyers have responded to the city’s motion to dismiss the civil suit. [...] At least he knew how the booking procedure worked… He almost got away… cleanly! (groan) If Rees had any credibility and/or chance at getting the Republican nomination for the 5th Congressional District, you can watch it fly out of the window right now! [...] Tickets go on sale September 1st and they’ll go quickly. [...] And a Happy Trails! to Jazz Street Grill as well. Two less places to eat in Lynchburg… Hey, you’re not recording this, are you? Oopsie! [...] Lynchburg’s Monument Terrace is the perfect spot for this weekly event… It’s only a temporary store but they will be open for the rest of the year. [...] $5.399 for a gallon of gas. Supply & demand be damned… that was way out of hand. [...] It’s going to be a reality up in Lynchburg in a few months… After a humorous start to the day, it’s time to get mad as hell.
