Oh my. They thought they could get away with this by parking in the hidden area beside the train station, but you can’t escape from SouthsideCentral!
Let’s analyze this situation. Big gas-guzzling vehicle. Taking up two handicapped parking spaces and blocking the access ramp. Taking up lots of space in the maneuvering area of the parking lot.
I’m not even going to the judges on this one. This one is an instant winner!
