All right, let’s analyze this one. Badly parked. Parked in a striped area. Points for a handicapped parking space. Bonus points for combining the striped area AND the handicapped parking place. To top it off, we’ve got a handicapped parking placard displayed.
I think the results are clear. We’ve got a Parking Jerk of the Day!
I say we need to go back to the old ways of just the license plates. Maybe give the. Person a discount. These hangies are being abused . It’s like grannie can we borrow your handicap hangie we going to the mall! It happens. Out cones a bunch of kids and a teenager driver. So who is handicapped. Grannie back at home
Anyone using a hanging card or handicap plate is supposed to have a card in their wallet too in order to use handicap parking,The problem is the police do not enforce the rules.
They did use a LITTLE bit of the handicap space so 1/4 point could be allowed.
It’s pretty apparent that the person couldn’t be bothered to do a proper job of pulling or backing into the space — they pulled around the pole for the handicap sign and threw it in park. Jerk.
