We’ve got a new SouthsideCentral writer, so I’m pressured to keep the content flowing. Let’s do another round of QuickHits!
#1: There’s a sign at Danville’s Piedmont Mall that says “It’s all here at Piedmont Mall!” That sign is on a vacant storefront. ‘Nuff said.
#2: Next sign in a store window: “Prom dresses 1/2 off”. Yeah, that’s usually the first step. Heh.
#3: Now for something good that I found at the mall. It was way past time for the dreaded haircut, but my regular person wasn’t there today. I decide to go by the salon in JCPenney and give Stephanie a try. JACKPOT! She’s got great skills and my hair looks great. Give her a try and tip well. She deserves it for the great work she does.
#4: There’s a new place for lunch in Danville and it’s great. Make your way to the Institute for Advanced Learning & Research and try the new MegaBytes cafe for lunch. For $6, I got chicken fajitas, black beans and corn. The drink’s included. I’ll have more about this later on SouthsideCentral.
