We’ve had a lot of people wanting to know what’s going on in the case of the former South Boston policeman. Once again, it’s been continued.
Quick recap: So what’s going on with the Billy Kiefer case?
As referenced above, the case went to Halifax County Circuit Court on Friday, December 18th. The defense made a motion for continuance due to “serious illnesses in the defense attorney’s family”. The motion was granted by the judge and a new hearing date has not been scheduled.
We’ll keep you posted on anything else that develops in this court case.
Who is the defense attorney?
This is putting off the inevitable.
It’s not shown in the Circuit Court information on this case and the Commonwealth’s Attorney didn’t have it in their statement.
In other words, I just don’t know. Sorry.
