Student zapped with Taser at McMichael High School

Now there’s one way to make them sit down and shut up… and maybe make them pee on themselves, but who cares about that? 😀

From our friends at the Rockingham County (NC) Sheriff’s Dept.

While watching a training film at football practice, Coach Bailey stated Joshua Hayes became disruptive with loud comments and cursing. The coach instructed “Josh” to leave his class, but he refused.

Coach Bailey called Principal Whitley. He arrived at the classroom and also instructed “Josh” to leave the classroom due to his behavior. He still refused to leave, causing the principle to call 911 for law enforcement assistance.

When Cpl. Martin arrived at the classroom, he asked the student to leave, but was met with a shouts of profanity. The student also became physically combative as Cpl Martin began to lead him from the room under arrest. He resisted the arrest and called out to others to join him as he increased his resistance of arrest. At that point Cpl. Martin used his Taser to stun the student who ultimately complied.

During the search incident to arrest, two baggies of marijuana were recovered with baggies causing the charge of Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Marijuana. “Josh” was also charged with Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree Trespass, and Resisting a Public Officer. His bond was set at $21,000 secured.

Let’s take a look at the kid that did the deputy-assisted Electric Slide (Bwahahahahahahaha!).

That’ll teach the kid. By the way, Josh is 17 years old. Happy Trails, you junior drug dealer!
