On Sunday, September 20, 2009, Armando Alverez Ruiz of 1249 Quincy Ct., Cary, N.C., was charged on a warrant service for Shoplifting at Summer’s Bar and Grill located in the Kingsway Plaza. The defendant did unlawfully and willfully did steal, take and carry away one salt shaker, property of Summer’s Bar and Grill and having a value of $2.14. He was placed in the Rockingham Jail under a $2,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on October 1, 2009.
