Armstrong said he learned recently that Virginia’s per pupil spending for higher education has fallen to $7,000 from $10,000 a few years ago.
Really, Ward? You’ve been in the General Assembly for over SIXTEEN years and have voted on this budget every time. You’re just figuring out the numbers? This guy could be replaced by a can of peas and Henry County would still be better represented.
Anyway, back to Moran. He’s a good guy, but he has no chance on Tuesday. It’s sad.
